The Lord teaches us in all things, whether they are good or bad. I do not believe that everything that happens to us is what God wants to happen. His word tells us that He came to bring us life and life more abundantly, but that the devil has come to steal, kill and destroy. In the Old Testament He tells us to choose life so that we and our children may live. We are also told that what we reap is what we sow. You may recognize that as "what goes around comes around". We have choices to make everyday about how we will handle situations in our lives. Sometimes we bring things on ourselves and then we ask God "Why?” when all along He is telling us to choose what brings life not only to ourselves, but to others.
Another thought to consider is "As a man thinks in his heart so is he". Your attitude is very important. What is inside your heart will come forth from your mouth and produce actions to support those words. You should trust the Lord in all things and know that He will use everything for your good. Be positive and upbeat. The bottom line is you must be looking to Him for your help and to cooperate with Him.....in other words....follow His instruction in the Word of God and what He speaks to your heart by the Holy Spirit. This is what will change your attitude and bring forth from your heart a positive and upbeat spirit that is fully capable of doing the will of God in your life.
If you thought that everything that happens is from God, then you will accept everything that comes your way, both good and evil. You will not stand against those evil things that come because you think it is God's will to teach you something. My brother and sister, this is not God's will, this is not how He wants to teach you. Yes, we should learn from our mistakes, but He would rather have you follow His way, His Word, and His will. He has also made a provision if you stray, for He said His mercy endures forever and the Blood of Jesus covers you from all sin. It takes much more than you and I can ever understand, when He will finally say, this is enough, no more. We must not tempt God, but if you are having a difficulty in an area, He is not about to turn His back on you. Man will turn His back on you, but God is not a man that He should lie. He, more than anyone else, including yourself, knows your heart. Our Lord, and only Our Lord, knows when you have gone past the line. Make a determination today, to see Your God and Savior as a good God who wants to develop you and make you what you have been destined to become.
We must not fear, but walk in His love, His faith...filling ourselves with Him. You must take advantage of every opportunity to improve yourself, improve your life, and improve your relationships. God wants to do you good and to bless you with all the blessings He has at his disposal. That’s an awesome thought, and if you can grasp how much He loves you and wants you to do well then you will do well.

The Kingdom of Heaven Has Suffered Violence
Not long ago, as I slept I began to dream. In my dream, I was going about business as usual and there came a man into my presence. He touched me inappropriately and immediately anger and indignation rose up in me. “Who does he think he is? How dare him.” I was so angry that I responded by raising up my arm and balled up my hand into a fist and punched him. When I hit him my fist actually hit my pillow and woke me up. I was amazed that my response to this dream actually manifested in the physical realm. This was a violent response to inappropriate, invasive, behavior.
I immediately asked the Lord what this was all about. The scripture came to me. Matthew 11:12 “The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” The Amplified Bible reads this way. “The kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force (as a precious prize) – a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought for with most ardent zeal and intense exertion.”
Luke 10:18 tells us satan fell as lightning from heaven. God created the waster that destroys, but he was not a destroyer when he was created. He was an angel who then rebelled and when he rebelled against God and God cast him out of heaven, he took 1/3 of the angels with him. When he fell from heaven, it was destruction hitting the earth. That’s what satan brings, destruction. He came to steal, kill and destroy. This is why Genesis 1:2 tells us that the earth was without form and void and God began to rebuild everything by His Word and He created man to replenish the earth.
As I meditated on these scriptures and the dream, I felt the Lord showing me this. The kingdom of heaven continues to suffer violence by the violent man, the devil who seems to assault us at every turn. We are citizens of heaven living on this earth. We have been blessed by God and have been given dominion and authority. However, the Lord continued to show me concerning violence, that we must become violent on these forces of darkness. Those forces have touched us inappropriately and all that God has given to us is being tainted and stolen out from under us. The devil has inappropriately touched our health, our relationships, our jobs, our finances and everything that God has blessed us with. We are to take back what is ours and stop the forces of darkness pitted against us. The dictionary defines violent as a force to damage or injure, as intense natural force or energy, passion, and fury.
The Lord wants us to respond to the works of the devil, not in the flesh, but in the spirit realm with intensity, passion and fury against the works of darkness. If violence comes against us, we are not to take it and “fall apart”. We must respond with force, with energy, with passion and fury against the devil who perpetrates those violent acts.
My dream showed me I had a violent response to inappropriate behavior and that is what the Lord want us to do with all this type of behavior that is constantly working against us. Our Lord wants to bless us spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, socially in our relationships, on our jobs and more. Jesus said the devil came to steal, kill and destroy. When these things happen, to put it mildly, it is inappropriate behavior. Don’t lay down and do nothing!
Ephesians 4:26-27says be angry and sin not; let not the sun go down upon your wrath, neither give place to the devil. Become angry with the devil and respond in the strength of the Holy Spirit who leads us and guides us. Take authority over him right now. Stop him now! Unrighteous, evil behavior should make us angry but it is how we respond that matters. If we respond to the person by arguing, and hurting, then we give place to the devil. Paul is teaching us that there is a place for our anger and a proper way to use it. Even Jesus became angry but did not sin. In Mark 3:5 as He began to minister to the man with a withered hand, the Pharisees wanted to engage Jesus in an argument, a religious argument. Verse 5 says, Jesus looked around on them with anger being grieved at the hardness of their hearts. His anger was against the forces of darkness that convinced the Pharisees that Jesus was not operating correctly. Instead of responding to the anger by arguing with the Pharisees, He responded by giving the devil a black eye…violence in the spirit realm. With passion and energy, He reached out and healed. He poured love out to the man who was suffering. We must understand how God wants us to respond. If the word violence is too much for you, then think of it this way. When all those inappropriate things are coming against you then respond with force, energy, passion and fury in the Spirit. Respond in the power of the Name of Jesus, that Name that is above every name. We cannot act out violence in the natural realm, but spiritually, we have been given authority over the devil and his works. Don’t say, “I can’t do anything.” You’ve been bought with a price, the blood of Jesus, and He has raised you from your former state of being spiritually dead to being spiritually alive and has given authority to you as a daughter and son of God. Don’t take this beautiful gift lightly. Don’t let the devil steal from you
John 5:4 tells us “If you are born of God, you have overcome the world.” Put on your armor. It is a fight, but a spiritual one. The Amplified Bible in Ephesians 6:11-18 says it is God’s armor that we are to put on. He provided it. It is not our own, not physical, but in the spirit. We are not wrestling flesh and blood. It is the devil who has attacked us, who has touched us inappropriately. The battle is not with people, but we do have a battle. Begin to take authority, proclaim the Word and demonstrate the love of God to the people. Get violent with the devil; use the Word of God and the authority Jesus has given you. Hit the devil hard with the Word in the spirit. When you get violent, with passion, fury and energy act on the Word and the works of the enemy will be defeated in your life.
The way I see it, we must first honor God with our love, our lives, and our finances to help others. Honor God, help others and when you do you give another punch to the kingdom of darkness and you take back the kingdom of heaven. Wake up my people, you must respond in passion, energy and fury against the evil, inappropriate behavior that has been perpetrated against you and body of Christ. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God. He may have touched you, knocked you down, but you are the winner, you have the authority, you are a son/daughter of God. Don’t be passive in the things of the spirit. They are more real than the natural realm.
